Online Baking Classes with Paritosh Kapur

I connected with Indian chef Paritosh Kapur via social media and an online friendship started. Paritosh is a trained and experienced Bakery Chef with a career in the hotel and baking industry. Currently, he is a Chef Consultant at Puratos India, an international group with a full range of innovative products and application expertise in the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors.

He has started to share his knowledge in online classes to an interested audience. I just recently joined a class and learned about the preparing and baking of Garlic Bread – a different approach than I expected. A Dark Chocolate Ganache – the base for chocolate truffles, and also makes the very best cake frosting, filling or icing – and a Lemon Chiffon Cake. I have never been much of a cake baker, yet the basic knowledge I learned from Paritosh is helpful for me to develop my own creations.
