Talking about Fish and Chips on Swiss Radio

When asked by my friend and radio moderator Sirio Christian Flückiger if I would contribute my favorite recipe to the radio series «A point» on Swiss national radio I had a dilemma. What is my favorite recipe? I love food, and I cannot think of any dish that I could say it's the one – the one I would choose as the last supper – so to speak.
Having an English background, I thought I would submit the recipe for the British classic Fish and Chips – it sure would relate to the Swiss audience. There is a similar dish in Switzerland called «Fischchnuschperli» which is made with whitefish fillets in a batter.
